Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Plans and Renewal

Personal HighlightsHub activity is free. Club Plus is $9.99 monthly or $99.99 annually per club. New clubs receive a 30-day Plus trial without a payment method, and that trial does not automatically renew or create a charge; the club continues on Starter if its owner does not subscribe. The first 1,000 eligible clubs may receive a $49.99 annual founding price while continuously subscribed. Paid plans renew automatically at the selected interval until canceled. The final price, tax, renewal interval, and renewal date are shown before checkout confirmation.

Manage or Cancel

The club owner can open the club, choose Settings, and select Manage billing to update the payment method, view invoices, or cancel. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access remains available until then. Cancel before the renewal date shown in the billing portal to avoid the next charge.

Refunds

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time after cancellation. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will review duplicate charges, technical billing errors, and other exceptional circumstances fairly.

Failed Payments and Price Changes

If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it and paid features may be limited until payment succeeds. We may change prices for future billing periods. We will provide advance notice where required, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
